We change the "Mark Played" button so it saves video plays to the server rather than localstorage.

Because of the excellent separation of concerns given by Vuex, the vast majority of our code written in this lesson is in the Vuex store. In fact, the only lines outside the Vuex store we need to write are about whether or not to show the "Mark Played" button, since users that aren't logged in can no longer track played videos.
