UserAuthForm Component

Soon we'll be wanting to make the Registration page, but to keep from repeating ourselves we're going to abstract the UserAuthForm Component from the Login page.

We'll pass in a submitForm function and a buttonText string, but the rest of the Component can be shared between the two pages. When the user clicks the submit button, we'll call the submitForm function that was passed in.
