Switching to JSON API

In preparation for adding a Tags relationship in the next lesson, we're switching to JSON API in this one.

JSON API is a specification that tells the server and client how to communicate, so that they can both know what to expect. It is able to handle relationships in a consistent manner, which is invaluable when using it in a large application.
