Refactoring a Simple(ish) Vuex Module

In this lesson, we take the parts of our Vuex store that are related to the Snackbar and move them into a Vuex Module.

We chose the snackbar-related state/mutations/actions because they're relatively simple, but will still let us see the basics: how to separate out the relevant functions, then how to access module state and call module actions from your component.
